This is so good, so interesting & well-done… I never tried the death drop on the playground, preferring ‘around the world’ where (theoretically) one remained in contact with the bar & returned to the buttcheek-hover position. And I have a bipolar family member… so this definitely resonates. –June
From death drops to suicide attempts, life is filled with risks. Thank you for taking one and sharing this beautiful and enlightening truth. You help others land safely…
Powerful writing. Touches my heart because a dear friend, severely bipolar, killed herself with pills recently. She left me with the gift of her open sharing of her illness: bipolar runs in my family too and I needed to understand. Thank you for sharing so articulately with your writing. Throwing light on this illness is a huge kindness.
Excellent content! I will be back to follow your posts. Thanks for sharing this information! Scott
What? Where can I read the rest? I love how effortlessly the seams if mother and daughter are connected. Author’s memoir was one of the best I have read this year. Please keep me connected.
